FM Conway is currently recruiting for a field based, CCTV Drainage Team Leader to join our Water and Drainage Management division. As our CCTV Drainage Team Leader, you will be supervising operational activities for our CCTV teamsand travelling to various sites, supporting CCTV crews with operational issues and queries. This is a full-time, permanent role, based from our Rayleigh depot.
The duties of the CCTV Drainage Team Leader role will include:
- Processing and quality control checking of all the CCTV surveys carried out by the department
- Visiting sites across the London, Essex and Hertfordshire areas and conducting quality inspections and toolbox talks
- Coordinating the site resources, arranging for additional resources and supporting programming of future works as required
- Being the port of call for CCTV Teams regarding any work queries
- Promoting a safe working process, including carrying out safety audits in accordance with pre-determined targets
- Monitoring performance against KPIs and recommend development opportunities for team members
What skills and experience do you need?
We are looking for an experienced CCTV Drainage Team Leader, who has strong leadership skills and who has the ability to delegate and assign works based on the team’s capabilities. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A full UK Driving license is required for this role.
