Woldingham - Surrey Key Information: * Salary:£40k * Hours: 40, some weekends * Location: Close to Caterham * Contract: Permanent As a Sous Chef you will have strong leadership qualities in leading a team of kitchen staff and as the most senior member, running the kitchen operations.
