Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant – Inspire Through Sport!
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £ – £118 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only (5 days a week)

What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting students with 1:1 or small group learning
2. Using your sporting background to engage students in creative and physical activities
3. Helping children build confidence, social skills, and resilience
4. Encouraging progress in both learning and personal development
5. Working closely with teachers and support staff to create a safe, positive environment
What we’re looking for:
6. A Sports Graduate (or someone with strong sporting experience)
7. A genuine interest in supporting children with SEN/SEMH needs
8. Passion, resilience, and a positive attitude
9. Flexibility, honesty, and a strong work ethic
10. Experience with SEN (professional or personal) is desirable but not essential
