The Electrical Manager will be responsible for managing all electrical installations and systems associated with the school extension. You will ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.
Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all electrical aspects of the project

Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
*
Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors
*
Oversee installation of:

Lighting and emergency lighting systems
*
Fire alarm and detection systems
*
Power distribution and switchgear
*
Data and communications cabling
*
Security and access control systems
*
Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations
*
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning
*
Manage budgets, procurement, and material schedules
*
Produce progress reports and attend site meetings
*
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards

Proven experience as an Electrical Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor
*
Experience working on education or public-sector projects preferred
*
Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and building standards
*
Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deadlines
