Qualifications
They seek exceptional individuals; you will need to be a qualified accountant, ACA or CA - ICAEW or ICAS - or ACCA, who has qualified within professional practice and with recent professional practice experience, with an excellent academic background, drive and ambition. Corporate finance experience is not required; those who have trained within audit for example would certainly be considered as would someone from transaction services / due diligence or corporate restructuring.
