The Role: Dedicated Support for Complex Needs We are looking for an experienced and resilient TA to provide intensive, targeted support to students across the school who have complex and challenging needs, including significant SEMH difficulties, Autism (ASC), and associated learning barriers. What You Will Do: Intensive 1:1 Support: Provide personalised academic, social, and emotional support to students, often on a one-to-one basis, following their Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Behaviour Intervention: Implement effective, positive behaviour management and de-escalation strategies. You will need a calm, therapeutic approach to handle challenging situations.
