Responsibilities
* Providing mortgage and protection advice
* Building relationships with customers and introducers
* Working closely with estate agency branches
* Converting warm leads into completed business
* Managing applications through to completion
* Maintaining FCA compliance standards
Requirements
* CeMAP 1 or equivalent qualification
* Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker experience preferred
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
