The role:
Support people into work or career change through one-to-one coaching (around 19 sessions a week)
Run initial assessments, create support plans, and provide guidance on CVs, job search, and interviews
Deliver the occasional group workshop
Referrals come directly through an NHS serviceWho’s it for?
