HOULRY RATE: up to £41.00 ph (umbrella) TYPE: LOCUM TEAM: Adult Services HOURS: Full Time Job Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a Adult Social Services Team to support inpatient's hospital, work in this team would suit someone interested in complex case work with a specialist focus on working as part of a multi disciplinary team. You will have the chance to work in partnership with a wide range of health professionals and providers in a time challenged, fast-paced supportive environment. You will manage a case load of cases supporting safe discharges, working closely with colleagues from a wide MDT. As an experienced social worker, you will undertake a range of assessments such as Care Act Assessments; Discharge to Assess planning; Mental Capacity Assessments; and will lead on Safeguarding enquiries. This is an Office based role, so applicants must be able to attend an office in person.
