Job Title: Engineering Project Manager Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Flexi-time Location: Hereford We are seeking an experienced and proactive Engineering Project Manager to join our clients growing team. This is a key role responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of engineering projects across the business, with a particular focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change (EC) processes within a manufacturing environment. As the Engineering Project Manager, you will act as the primary customer-facing engineering representative, ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage and deliver engineering projects in line with agreed timelines, customer requirements, and internal procedures.
