How to become a financial advisor:
The St. James’s Place Financial Adviser Academy offers an industry-leading programme that supports and trains new advisers to achieve the qualifications and skills they need for a successful career in financial advice – whether you want to launch your own business or join one of our existing Practices.
You don’t need to be great at maths or have knowledge of the financial sector to become a successful financial adviser – if you have an entrepreneurial spirit, the desire to learn and strong interpersonal skills, together we can make it happen.

As a stepping stone you may want to attend one of our informal face to face events at one of our 22 locations where you can find out more about the Academy programme. It will give you an overview of SJP and what to expect at the Academy.
The evening will be a great way to gain an insight into the Academy Programme, hear from Advisors and Partners who have transitioned from their previous role into Wealth Management, the support available plus have the opportunity to ask questions.
