Key Responsibilities of CNA/LNA/MA
* Provide support to our clinical staff including:
* Chart preparation for patient encounter. Obtains patient history and vital signs and enters into EMR.
* Prepare capsule endoscopies in office.
* CNA/LNA/MA’s Coordinate patient care information with other health care providers.
* CNA/LNA/MA’s Triage patient calls and Klara messages.
* Obtain prior authorization for medication, radiology tests and GI procedures.
* Work with our three endoscopy centers scheduling EGD/Colonoscopies
* CNA/LNA/MA’s Maintain clean and organized exam rooms and med closet
* Encourage meeting with drug reps to further educate on use of GI medication functions and diseases
Qualifications
* Successful completion of CNA/LNA/MA program or received proper on the job training to obtain CNA/LNA/MA certification
* Detailed oriented
* Ability to multi-task with constant interruption required
* Stellar organizational and interpersonal skills
* Must demonstrate team-oriented mindset
* The ability to manage time effectively; work in fast paced environment
* Must be able demonstrate initiative, and use good judgement
* Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)
