We are recruiting for an Operations Executive to work with our client who is a nurse complex care provider.
The role is Operations Executive is unique in that it gives the opportunity to recruit HCA and staff specifically for clients care packages. You will be the face the company, you will screen, interview and once the compliance team have obtained their necessary paper work you will be instrumental in mobilising the package of care and remain in contact with both the family and HCA’s
Key Responsibilities:
* Advertise roles and update job listings in line with company standards
* Source, attract, and shortlist candidates for specific clients care needs
* Screen applications and manage candidate pipelines
* Liaise with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process
* Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
* Ensure accurate data management on recruitment systems
* Provide general admin support to the recruitment function
* Monitor and meet agreed KPIs and targets
* Contribute to team meetings and strategic discussions
* Proactively identify new candidate and client opportunities
* Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks
* Maintain compliance with employment and sector-specific legislation
* Ensure health & safety standards are upheld
* Manage staff rotas and coordinate shift planning for clients
* Cover unplanned absences and holidays to maintain service continuity

* Experience of care sector ideally nurse led complex care in the community
