Give a full range of good quality respondent employment advice to employers to include: A mixture of contentious & non contentious work Employment Tribunal Work, Equality & Discrimination Unfair/Wrongful Dismissal Disciplinary & Grievance TUPE, Maternity & Paternity and Redundancy Settlement Agreements Give employment law training to managers and HR teams to ensure that they have a good working knowledge of their employment law obligations and can apply this knowledge in the workplace Co-Counsel with London firms on exciting & complex matters What will you need?
