2-3 months contract with a Local Authority Job Summary: • Provide high-quality technical and administrative support to the Market Management Service, assisting with various service functions. • Support procurement, voids, and repairs management, ensuring alignment with set KPIs. • Collate, analyse, and report performance data accurately to support management and performance monitoring. • Handle team enquiries promptly and confidently, demonstrating a clear understanding of all service areas. • Deliver an efficient, customer-focused service in accordance with corporate policies and relevant legislation. • Provide comprehensive finance support across the Market Management Service. • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into service systems. Key Duties/Accountabilities (Sample): • Manage and monitor procurement processes, voids, and repairs according to performance targets. • Analyse performance information to produce robust and accurate reports. • Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders efficiently and professionally. • Support finance processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Maintain data integrity through accurate entry and verification. • Work collaboratively with team members to support overall service delivery. Skills/Experience: • Strong administrative and organisational skills. • Experience in data collation, analysis, and reporting. • Knowledge of procurement and property/market management processes. • Competence in financial support tasks and accuracy in data handling. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with relevant corporate policies and legislative frameworks. • Proficiency in IT systems and databases.
