Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting learning activities
* Assist the teacher in delivering lessons.
* Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning.
* Help prepare learning materials and resources.
Classroom Management
* Support the teacher in maintaining a positive learning environment.
* Help manage student behaviour and encourage engagement.
* Supervise students during lessons, breaks, and outings.
Administrative Support
* Help with record-keeping, such as attendance and progress tracking.
* Prepare displays and tidy up classrooms.
* Photocopying, filing, and other clerical tasks.
Pastoral Care
* Offer emotional support and encouragement to students.
* Monitor student well-being and report concerns.
* Foster a safe and inclusive environment.
Supervision Duties
* Oversee students during lunch, playtime, or on school trips.
* Ensure safety and appropriate behaviour outside the classroom.
