Commercial Contracts Solicitor, 7+ Years PQE, Bristol, GBP 85,000+ (DOE) : We are looking for a talented Senior Associate to join a market‑leading Commercial Contracts team in Bristol. REF:3919.
The Role
* You will be responsible for a varied commercial contracts caseload across sectors including Retail, Food and Drink, Sport, Leisure and Logistics.
* Your caseload will include supply arrangements, commercial joint ventures, collaboration and partnering arrangements, terms and conditions of sale and purchase, distribution and agency agreements, logistics and warehousing and services agreements.
* You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives within a highly regarded national team.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Commercial Contracts Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
* Strong experience advising on a broad range of commercial agreements.
* Confidence managing complex matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising senior stakeholders.
