HR Advisor - (Employee Relations Focus)
Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and a background in unionised environments? We're hiring an HR Advisor to support a number of operational sites across Greater London.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance etc)
* Advising managers on HR policies and employment law
* Supporting audits, restructures, and TUPE projects
* Building relationships with managers and trade unions
* Delivering training and contributing to HR projects
What We’re Looking For:
* 1–2+ years of ER experience, able to manage cases end-to-end
* Confident communicator with excellent writing and influencing skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unionised environment
* CIPD qualification
Our client offers a great benefits package along with a possible hybrid working available after induction, (1–2 days/week from home). This is a customer facing role
