As we expand into the therapeutic and healthcare space, we’re exploring new ways to help people recover better, move more confidently, and integrate compression therapy into everyday self-care.
We’re now hiring a Textile Knitting R&D Technician/Programmer to support the next stage of our commercial growth.
Role
This position is central to the development, sampling and validation of advanced knitted fabrics and garments. You will work closely with our technical and product teams to translate concepts into high-performance textile solutions.
Responsibilities
• Operate and program Stoll flat knitting machines with a high degree of competence
• Develop, adjust and validate knit patterns and programs using M1 Plus (or equivalent)
• Produce samples for new fabrics and garments
• Support prototype development and assist in hands-on validation of concepts
• Initiate and manage small technical projects
• Apply strong analytical skills and attention to detail across all tasks
• Work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Essential Requirements
• Degree/MSc in Textiles, Textile Innovation or Materials Science, or equivalent industry experience
• Proven technical background in knitted textiles and flat-knitting production
• Strong capability with Stoll machinery and M1+ programming, supported by factory-accredited training
• Experience in technical textiles development
• Project management ability
