Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including some plumbing, decoration, fire testing, and carpentry.
* Ensure the care home's environment remains safe and well-maintained by adhering to safety protocols and promptly addressing potential hazards.
* Collaborate with the care team to maintain and enhance the living conditions of our residents.
* Maintain cleanliness in designated areas and ensure the functionality of care equipment.

Hours of Work:
* 09:00 – 15:00, Monday to Wednesday = 18 hours per week.
