This is an excellent opportunity to join the City Health Care Partnership Care Coordination Customer Service Team. This is an exciting role if you are looking for a new position working with a dynamic team within the Hull and East Riding area.
Responsibilities
* Support the reception Front of House Service within the Health Centre(s) based in Hull and the East Riding.
* Meet and greet patients and visitors; handle all aspects of a busy reception, including taking phone calls.
* Direct patients to their appointments and support the clinical teams as required.
* Provide flexible cover for annual leave, sickness, and training across various Health Centres within the Hull & East Riding area.
Qualifications and Skills
* Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Flexible approach to meet the needs of the service.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable nature.
