We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Support Analyst to join our Cambridge-based team. The role Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for keeping systems running smoothly? We're looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support Analyst to join our team in Cambridge. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for everything from hardware maintenance and software support to troubleshooting and user assistance. You'll also play a key role in supporting colleagues across our offices in Norwich, Birmingham, London, Manchester, Leeds, and Oxford, with some occasional travel required. The person You'll bring your experience in IT support, familiarity with laptops, printers, scanners, and basic data patching, and combine it with a proactive mindset and a passion for helping others. You're self-managed, methodical, and know how to prioritise effectively-even when things get busy You communicate clearly and confidently, tailoring your approach to different audiences You build strong relationships with clients, lawyers, and colleagues alike You're detail-oriented and always keep the user's needs front and centre You're a team player who's ready to take on new challenges and responsibilities Operating independently and collaboratively, using established tools and procedures Staying curious and adaptable-ready to absorb new technical information and apply it effectively The activities You'll handle a wide range of tasks including: Managing and maintaining IT hardware and software across multiple platforms Monitoring systems, resolving issues, and escalating when needed Tackling up to 100 service desk tickets a week with confidence and care Supporting core infrastructure, networks, and telephony systems Assisting with software like Microsoft Office, CRM, and document management tools Helping users with AV setups and ensuring meetings run without a hitch Guiding junior colleagues and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed For the full person specifications and activities carried out in this role, please ensure you read the job description below.
