About the Role This role provides comprehensive administrative and analytical support to the Academic Content Delivery Department, working across Supplier Strategy, Digital Content Delivery, Journals and Books Production, Business Process and Requirements, Manufacturing, and Design. Based in the UK with global responsibilities, the position supports senior management, maintains systems access for internal teams and external suppliers, and manages departmental information to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Key responsibilities include improving administrative processes, supporting production and design suppliers, and coordinating departmental communications The role also handles financial administration such as generating reports, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices. Some ad hoc support for the Executive Leadership Team may be required. We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office. About You Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills. Great general IT skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite. Good Excel skills. Aptitude to acquire new technical skills (i.e. new software). Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
