Finishing Manager
I've been tasked to find a Finishing Manager for a tier 1 main contractor. It is an immediate start and will finish in Autumn 2026.
The project is a new build office worth circa £50m. The offices are at CAT B stage so we need someone with experience in closing out office space from CAT B.
You'll be reporting to an on site Project Manager based on site.
Requirements
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid at Work
* Trade background
Duties
* Oversee the finishing phase of office space
* Ensure quality standards are met and final finishes are of the highest standard
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to deliver project on time and within budget
* Manage snagging and defect resolution processes
* Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

* Day rate between £250-320
