Head of Finance
London (Hybrid) - 3 days a week in the office / 2 wfh
Our client, one of the UK’s fastest-growing consumer wellness brands, are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to join their leadership team and help shape the company’s next stage of growth.
What You’ll Do
* Own day-to-day finance operations: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and controls
* Lead financial planning, scenario modelling, and commercial analysis to support trading decisions
* Prepare for and support Series A fundraising and investor reporting
* Identify and unlock non-dilutive funding opportunities (e.g. grants, asset finance)
* Partner closely with leadership, commercial, and growth teams to guide strategic decisions
* Build a scalable finance function as the company continues to grow
What You’ll Bring
* Senior finance experience in a high-growth consumer, eCom or D2C environment
* Strong commercial acumen, with comfort in forecasting, modelling and scenario planning
* Fundraising and investor relations experience (or strong appetite to lead this)
* Proactive, adaptable, and happy to roll up your sleeves in a scaling startup
* A clear communicator and collaborative partner across teams
* Analytical, detail-oriented and excited to drive impact
