Manufacturing Engineer

Emerson is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work on our facility in Stafford, TX. In this position, you will assume a leadership role in developing, evaluating and improving our company's manufacturing methods.
As a Manufacturing Engineer You Will:
* Leads manufacturing process improvements by evaluating current methods and implementing more efficient workflows, layouts, and equipment usage.
* Collaborates with vendors and internal teams to define product specifications, purchase materials, and ensure production aligns with quality standards.
* Supports production planning by estimating labor, costs, and equipment needs, and applying statistical methods to forecast future requirements.
* Designs and documents tooling and fixtures, prepares detailed job documentation, and oversees machine installation and testing.
* Conducts training programs on equipment safety and operation for both employees and customers, including time and motion study techniques.
* Partners with maintenance and engineering to ensure machinery is properly maintained and supports the intended functionality of product designs.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Associate's degree or technical school training plus 3+ years' work‑related experience.
* Proficient using AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor,
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
* Problem Solving
* Process Management
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* BS Degree in Manufacturing, industrial or mechanical engineering
