1. You will be the 1st point of contact for all On-Line Customer Enquiries, Orders, Queries and Returns
2. Manage the order fulfilment process to ensure excellent service and timely delivery
3. Communicate with the Ware house to ensure Stock Levels meet Customer requirement
4. Process all Orders - using a dedicated Stock Management System
5. Updating all Website Enquiries
6. Strong Communicator with Internal Departments and Suppliers
