We are seeking aHealthcare Assistant to join our team at the surgery. Working 3 days a week; Monday, Wednesday & Friday, due to room space days are non-negotiable. We are seeking a positive can do attitude togetherwith good team working.
Salary will bedependent upon the level of skill and experience of the successful candidate.
Main duties of the job
Workingunder the direct supervision of the senior practice nurse and strictly inaccordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols, the healthcareassistant will assist the practice clinical team in the provision and deliveryof prescribed programmes of patient care.
About us
We are an award winning, large practice with GP registrars and medical students, as well as in house teaching. We are a single practice PCN and have a team of first contact physiotherapists, pharmacists and dietitians too, as well as an award winning team of mental health workers. You would be working across our sites which are all within 15 minutes drive of each other around Watford and all use the same EMIS IT system. Our main surgery site in Bushey is a brand new purpose built medical centre.
Easy access from Hertfordshire or North London- 5 mins from Junction 5 of the M1.
