Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse
We are seeking a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) with an active NMC PIN to provide care in a low‑secure hospital for males and females with mental illness and personality disorders, located in the Ayr, Scotland area. This role is offered by one of UK’s leading healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorders.
* Develop therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement.
* Follow all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice.
* Contribute to patient assessments, compile a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitor patient progress.
* Lead shifts and mentor/support student nurses and other members of the team (for more senior positions).
Qualifications
Must be qualified as an RMN or RNLD Nurse with a current active NMC PIN.

Remuneration & Benefits
Salary: £36,176 – £41,953 per annum, depending on experience. Permanent vacancies available for both day and night shifts.
