We’re looking for an experienced Skilled Knife-Handed Operative to join a growing team! Whether you’re a skilled boner or trimmer, or looking to advance your food production career, we want to hear from you! This is a Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate offering £12.21 - £14.27 per hour with a bonus of up to £60 per week based on performance and tonnage. You will also receive time and half payments for overtime (£19.35 to £21.41 per hour). Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday, 06.00 – 14.30 OR 15.15 – 23.45. As the Skilled Knife-Handed Operative you will: * Work in a team-oriented environment preparing and trimming beef products. * Safely and efficiently handle knives to meet quality and safety standards. * Maintain strict food safety & hygiene procedures. * Collaborate with your team to hit daily production targets.
