Job Title: Specification Sales Manager Contract Kitchens

Area to be covered: London & South East ideally based South of Thames
Remuneration: Up to £50, % uncapped commission

The role of the Business Development Manager Contract Kitchens will involve:
Field sales role selling our clients manufactured range of contract kitchens
Selling into independent housebuilders, private developers, building contractors and new build housing developments
75% new business development role
Target circa £1m-£1.5m
Typical projects £75,000-£100,000
Projects can range from 2-3 large developments (50+ units) a year to multiple smaller developments of 5-15 houses
Engage Commercial Directors, procurement and senior decision makers
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure project delivery and accountability
Ideally be able to get into our clients Sussex based offices once per week
The ideal applicant will be aBusiness Development Manager Contract Kitchens with:
Must have a proven track record of selling into housebuilders, ideally regionals/ independents
Ideally with a contacts within independent housebuilders, private developers, building contractors or new build housing developments
Ideally sold contract kitchens
Open to KBB backgrounds with housebuilder connections
Trustworthy

IT literate
Organised, methodical, good journey planner
