The Opportunity:
This executive role will lead customer-facing activities for a UK pharmaceutical business, overseeing a broad portfolio of pharmaceutical products across specialty care and hospital channels. With full P&L accountability, the VP will drive commercial performance, lead cross-functional teams, and play a key role in strategic planning, launch execution, and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a high-performing team across marketing, sales, medical, and commercial functions
* Drive strategic growth initiatives and transformation aligned with global objectives
* Oversee launch planning, market access strategy, and portfolio optimisation
* Represent the UK business in global forums and collaborate across international teams

* Senior leadership experience within the UK pharmaceutical industry
* Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in product launches and market access
* Deep understanding of NHS dynamics, tendering processes, and hospital channel strategy
* Inspirational leadership style with experience managing large, cross-functional teams
* Comfortable navigating complex, matrixed environments and leading change
* Experience in both affiliate and global roles is highly desirable
