Summary
Our Team Managers are responsible for leading the majority of our colleague population and are integral to the in‑store team. Your role is to help our people be the best that they can be, to assist in driving sales, commerciality and service standards within your store. Flexibility to work across various departments is required and supports career progression in the future. Who You Are
* A proven leadership track record and the ability to lead effectively through ambiguity.
* Digitally confident, with an understanding of systems and able to exploit them.
* Comfortable having difficult conversations and able to get effective resolutions with both colleagues and line managers.
* Ability to juggle a number of priorities while maintaining an excellent standard and working with pace.
* Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness to change and the ability to lead teams through change with a growth mentality.
* Strong customer focus and ability to create opportunities to continuously improve the shopping experience.
* Ability to coach and develop store colleagues to deliver to high standards.
