This could be in the hospitality or retail environment, or perhaps you have worked in Leisure centres or Health clubs. We're looking for a dedicated team player, who excels at delivering exceptional customer service. What you’ll be doing Responsible for the operational running of the site, ensuring a team focus on customer experience. Responsible for the line management and performance of our Champions. Dealing with customer queries and complaints and ensuring a satisfactory outcome is achieved for both parties. Demonstrate exceptional leadership, by role modelling the business values and leadership behaviour framework. Understanding site budgets. Undertake an active role in supporting the management team on delivering the budget, through supporting planning, managing costs and helping to protect profit.
