This national company is looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to lead their sales strategy, develop new business opportunities, and manage key accounts across their expanding network.\nThis is a high-impact role where your ideas and energy will directly shape the future of their business.\n \nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n• Lead and grow their sales pipeline while identifying new business opportunities.\n• Design and implement innovative marketing and sales proposals.\n• Build and manage a strong portfolio of regional and national accounts.\n• Collaborate with store teams and our call centre to maximise inbound leads.\n• Develop strategic partnerships, including with Chambers of Commerce.\n• Monitor industry trends and customer needs to inform business strategy.\n• Manage and mentor the Business Development team.\n\nWhat You'll Need\n• Minimum 3 years of proven B2B and B2C sales experience, ideally in a multi-site retail environment.\n• A natural networker with a flair for new business development.\n• Strong communication, planning and diary management skills.\n• Experience in account management and sales techniques.\n• A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking.\n• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
