The Role
We're looking for an accomplished strategic leader to own and drive our global Product and Marketing functions overseeing a diverse portfolio that represents a major share of Coherents worldwide revenue.
In this pivotal role you'll shape the direction of our product strategy define market positioning and guide a world-class team to deliver excellence across innovation performance and profitability.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire an EMEA team of product managers applications engineers and product support specialists.
* Own full P&L responsibility across multiple product lines setting financial targets optimising performance and driving sustainable growth.
* Define the product road-map guiding innovation and execution from concept through to market success.
* Act as the face of Coherents technology engaging customers representing the brand at global industry events and aligning marketing efforts across the business.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership operations and manufacturing to deliver value efficiency and impact.
Education & Experience
* 10 years experience in Product Management or Business Leadership within lasers optics or advanced manufacturing technologies.
* Strong track record of leading global teams and managing complex product portfolios.
* Proven ability to translate strategy into results balancing innovation with financial discipline.
* A degree in Physics or Engineering (postgraduate or business qualifications highly regarded).
* Deep understanding of market analysis product positioning and competitive strategy.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills confident presenting to executive boards and customers alike
Working Conditions
Working conditions typical of a climate controlled and professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers.
Safety Requirements
