We’re looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our Manchester Arndale team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
* Oversee daily store operations including stock management, merchandising, and visual standards
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, and company policies
* Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture
* Analyse sales data and KPIs to drive commercial decisions and improve store performance
* Represent the Trailberg brand with professionalism and passion, both in-store and within the local community
* Collaborate with regional and head office teams on marketing, events, and product launches
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in retail management, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or outdoor sectors
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Commercial awareness and ability to interpret sales data
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in retail systems, Shopify and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
* Passion for outdoor activities and the Trailberg brand ethos
Desirable
* Experience managing a flagship or high-footfall store
* Visual merchandising expertise
