Biddable Media Lead (Programmatic + Paid Social)
Hybrid (10 days/month in Holborn office)
Shape and launch a new digital trading team - underpinned by a distinctive barter model and the backing of a £1.4bn global media group.
We’re building a brand-new digital hub in the UK and looking for a senior biddable expert to lead it.
You’ll be the first hands-on trader in the market - helping to shape the biddable proposition, run client campaigns, and grow a high-impact team. It’s a unique opportunity to combine technical skill and commercial thinking in a role that blends performance delivery with strategic influence.

What you’ll be doing
* Planning and delivering cross-channel biddable campaigns (programmatic and paid social)
* Supporting agency and client partners through pitch processes and campaign briefs
* Taking campaigns in-platform from day one, with support from international peers
* Scaling the delivery function and team structure as demand grows
* Helping to shape the UK hub’s digital product and go-to-market strategy
What we’re looking for
* Strong hands-on experience in DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon etc.) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
* Confidence taking campaigns end-to-end - and explaining strategy to clients
* A commercial, consultative approach with appetite to shape and build
* Bonus points if you’ve mentored or coached junior team members
The package
* Base salary: £65k
* Bonus: 15% (based on team and campaign performance)
