An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dental Clinic Administrator to join our Public Dental Services at Inverness Dental Centre. The role requires experience as a receptionist, face‑to‑face contact with the public, and strong teamwork skills. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to prioritise workload and meet departmental demands.
Qualifications
* Experience working as a receptionist or in a similar front‑office role.
* Experience in NHS Healthcare and/or Dental Services is desirable.
* Full current driving licence and ability to use a car for work purposes (desirable).
* Ability to work across multiple dental locations within the Public Dental Service.
Responsibilities
* Front‑office reception and patient interaction.
* Coordinating and prioritising departmental workload.
* Supporting team members and ensuring smooth operation of the clinic.

Benefits
Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part‑time hours will be adjusted on a pro‑rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
