Previous Machine Operative experience is preferred but not essential, as there is full training given on site for the right candidate.
You will be working Monday to Friday on a week 1, week 2 basis.
Week 1: 6am - 2pm
Week 2: 2pm - 10pm
Bank holidays off!
This will be paid at £12.95ph. You hourly pay will increase once you are fully trained on the machines. There is also a generous yearly bonus if targets are met.
Overtime available with generous hourly rates.
Your responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery whilst always adhering to safe and guidelines.
Ensure that all products meet quality standards that are fed through the machines.
Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues to promote successful teamwork.
You must be reliable and committed.
