Hybrid role role with 3 days based in a business location ( One of our two offices, or any of our stores of depot) 2 days working from home

Youll work with teams across the business to bring our green initiatives to life. From cutting carbon to making our products more sustainable, this role puts you right at the heart of the action. Youll be managing multiple projects, keeping things on track and making sure everyone knows whats happening and when.

What youll be doing
Supporting the delivery of key sustainability projects, from start to finish
Creating project plans, timelines, budgets and clear roles and responsibilities
Working with people from all parts of the business to make things happen
Tracking progress and reporting updates clearly and regularly
Keeping an eye on the bigger picture. Making sure we stay on course and avoid any project creep
Bringing ideas and enthusiasm to every stage of the journey
The role is for you if...
Minimum of 3 years experience
Youve got experience managing projects, ideally in a fast-paced setting like retail
You hold a relevant qualification, such as a business degree or project management certification
You love structure, planning and have a keen eye for detail
Youre a natural communicator who builds strong relationships across all levels
Youre passionate about sustainability and want to play an active role in making a difference
Youre self-motivated, full of initiative and comfortable working independently or with a team
