The position is for an Oxford based contractor working in the private residential sector.
The role is for an Estimator carrying out the following responsibilities:
* Take offs
* BoQ's
* Rates & SoR.
* Quotations
* Valuations
* Final accounts
* Variations
* Reviewing drawings
* Tender submissions.
Requirements for the role are:
* Minimum of 4 years experience
* Residential sector experience
* Autonomously running projects
* Pre contract and some post contract experience.
