We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team in Liverpool. Responsibilities
* Assist solicitors in preparing legal documents and case files related to personal injury claims.
* Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
* Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather information and provide updates.
* Maintain accurate records and manage case files in accordance with legal standards.
* Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Assist in the organisation of case meetings and hearings.
* Provide administrative support to the legal team as required.
Qualifications
* A minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualifications.
* Experience in a legal environment is preferred but not essential.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
