Salary £25,185 - £25,989 per annum • Permanent • Full Time, 37 hours per week • Chorley Domiciliary Service • Chorley, Euxton and Coppull areas

Responsibilities
* Support workers to work within the Chorley Domiciliary Service in Adult Social Care at Lancashire County Council
* Provide care and support to people in their own homes, helping with personal care, household chores, finances, medication and day-to-day activities
* Support people to participate in community activities, shopping trips and outings
* Adapt to the needs of service users, maintaining a positive and caring attitude to improve the people we support's day-to-day lives
* Attend required training and complete induction and mandatory training

What we offer
* Salary £25,185 to £25,989 plus allowances: 33% increment at weekends, 50% increment for Bank Holidays & sleep-in allowance
* Hours: various, including sleep-ins and weekend work, 20, 25, 30 or 37 hours per week
