Job Overview
Hilton Leeds City is a sophisticated city‑center hotel offering contemporary British and international cuisine and a chic bar. You will join and lead our team in the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Conference and Events Department.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team of waiters and commis waiters to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the restaurant.
* Deal with all guest and colleague enquiries, resolving complaints and challenges as they arise.
* Create memorable experiences for guests and colleagues.
* Support the restaurant, bar, room service and conference and events operations.
