This family-run practice, near Rushden, is growing year on year, and is looking for a passionate individual to join due to expansion. The Role This position offers the chance to work in a modern, recently refurbished practice with a forward-thinking environment. Enjoy working in personalized, spacious consult rooms, with state-of-the-art equipment including updated ultrasound and digital X-ray machines. You will be part of a supportive team of 4 experienced vets, 4 nurses, and other support staff, including 3 SVNs. The practice values case continuity and ensures complete clinical autonomy, treating each pet as if they were your own. Consultations are 15 minutes long, allowing for quality interaction with clients. Key Duties - Flexible work schedule with options for a 4- or 5-day week - Participate in a 1:4 weekend rota, with no out-of-hours work required - Part-time options available, including 3-day weeks or adjusted daily hours Rewards & Package The role promises a highly competitive salary, with potential earnings between £50,000 and £60,000 for full-time positions.
