About the role
We are seeking passionate and experienced Hair, Media & Make‑Up professionals to lead and inspire students on our dynamic Hair, Media & Make‑Up course at the London College of Beauty Therapy. As a Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and innovative teaching that combines practical skills with industry insight to help learners thrive. You’ll plan and deliver engaging, relevant content, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure learners gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their careers.

Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, innovative teaching that combines practical skills with industry insight
* Plan and deliver relevant course content
* Provide constructive feedback and support to learners
* Help learners gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their careers
Qualifications
* Level 3 Qualification or above in Hair, Media & Make‑Up
* Teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one upon appointment (ideal but not essential)
Experience
* Extensive industry experience in Hair, Media & Make‑Up
* Previous teaching experience desirable, but not essential; we welcome professionals transitioning into education
Expertise
* Outstanding current knowledge of all Hair, Media & Make‑Up areas and the beauty industry
Passion
* Confident and engaging communicator with excellent presentation skills
* Genuine enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring others

Salary
Full‑Time: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum (1FTE); Part‑Time: £15,000 to £17,500 per annum (0.5FTE), subject to qualifications and experience.
