You’ll support financial operations across Council Services, including budget setting, financial monitoring, statutory accounts preparation, and training delivery. This full-time role (35 hrs/week) requires an HND in Accounting (or equivalent experience), strong analytical skills, and proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
