Your tasks We are seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Trading Coordinator to support our UK Sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of trading activities, acting as a key link between Sales and internal stakeholders. You will provide operational, analytical and administrative support to enable effective customer trading and business growth.
Provide day-to-day support to the UK Sales team, including preparing quotations, presentations and business reviews
Analyse EPOS data to identify trends and potential risks, supporting informed decision-making
Coordinate customer promotions, pricing, rebates and product set-up processes
Manage customer data, price files and commercial agreements
Support customer visits through analysis, preparation and follow-up actions
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and pricing strategies
Organise and coordinate sales conferences and key meetings
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers
Lead and develop direct reports where applicable
Who we are looking for Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel
Team-oriented with strong influencing skills and a customer-first mindset
