Vacancy - Branch Sales Assistant
Location - North London
Industry - Electrical Wholesale
Hours - Monday to Friday only - NO weekends
Salary - Negotiable + bonuses
Our client is looking for a experienced trade sales person to join their team in North London.
You will be working on the trade counter, responding to telephone enquiries, following up on sales, providing quotations and working in stores.
Responsibilities
Telephone sales - reactive and proactive telephone sales
Assisting customers at the trade counter providing an efficient and knowledgeable service
Ensuring that the needs of the customers are dealt with effectively and efficiently
Handling incoming phone calls and Trade Counter enquiries
Processing orders and quotes using the company systems
Sourcing products and placing the relevant orders
Building, developing and managing relationships with customers
Ensuring all records, systems and paperwork are kept up-to-date
You will also help ensure that the stock and stores area are well organised
Skills & Experience needed?
Electrical wholesale experience
The ability to build relationships with a variety of customers
Have worked on the trade counter or in telephone sales previously
Good telephone manner
Enjoys sales, speaking to customers and organising the warehouse
Friendly, articulate, customer focused people person
